OVERVIEW

Interventional Imaging, Inc. (I3MRI) is a development-stage medical device company focused on vascular imaging and interventions. I3MRI was formed in collaboration with the Case Western Reserve University and is based on proprietary technologies developed in the Department of Radiology at University Hospitals of Cleveland by the Company’s scientific founders, Drs. Jonathan Lewin and Jeffery Duerk.

I3MRI's proprietary technology platform consists of a disposable catheter and related software. The catheter is patterned after conventional cardiac catheters, and contains micro-coils and electronics for communicating with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners.

The Company's technology platform can be leverage to develop and build tracking, imaging and interventional MR catheters.
